How do I order wallpaper?
Enter your desired dimensions in the “height” and “width” entry fields. In most cases, the picture will change. You can now position the image as desired using the mouse or with your finger (on a mobile phone & tablet). Our tip: Order the wallpaper a few inches larger. Not all walls are at right angles.
Can I also order wallpaper by phone or e-mail?

Of course, we are at your disposal with your order. Please note that we cannot offer you all payment methods when ordering by phone or e-mail.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?
We will always send you an order confirmation by e-mail after the order has been completed. If you do not receive an e-mail within minutes of completing the order, there could be a technical problem or there may be a problem with your e-mail address. In this case, please contact our customer services team.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is not yet in production, we can cancel the order. Send us an e-mail with your order number.
Can I change my order?
As long as your order is not yet in production, we can take your change requests into account. Send us an e-mail with your order number.
Can I return my order?
Goods ordered from Home and Prints are always made according to the specifications the customer has requested. A right of revocation or return does not exist.
How should I proceed if I have a complaint?
Product or manufacturing defects are best reported in writing to Support@HomeandPrints.com If possible, please document the defects with pictures. Faulty products will be replaced immediately and free of charge.

How can I track the status of my delivery?
After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment at any time.
What can I do if the shipment is damaged?
Please check the product for damage immediately upon receipt. Transport is sufficiently insured and your product will be replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What properties do Home and Prints wallpapers have?

We only print on fleece wallpaper. This is 122g/sqm and consists of cellulose and textile fibers. This combination makes the fleece wallpaper particularly robust and durable. Our fleece wallpapers are vapor permeable, crack-bridging, shockproof, washable, extremely resistant to light, and free of PVC. Our fleece wallpapers are only suitable for indoor use.

How are Home and Prints wallpapers installed?
Wallpapering is done using commercial wallpaper paste or self-adhesives. Detailed instructions can be found here.
How can I order my own picture as a photo wallpaper?
Here you can switch directly to the wallpaper configurator. In the configurator, you simply click on the button “Choose a file” and you can upload your picture.
Which file formats are accepted?
You can upload JPG, TIFF, and PNG files. See file prep instructions.
Are there any restrictions on the file size?
Your picture should be at least 2 MB and a maximum of 500 MB.
Is the uploaded image checked for sufficient quality?
After the upload, your image is automatically checked for the number of pixels and the maximum print size possible is calculated. If your desired format cannot be entered, the resolution of your image is too low. If you can enter your desired format, the resolution is sufficient. In addition, each file will be checked by our graphic designers prior to printing. In case of any doubt we will contact you.
What happens to my uploaded image after production?
After production, we will keep your file for four more weeks. We can arrange a new production immediately should the product be damaged or an error occur while wallpapering. After four weeks, your images will be permanently deleted from our servers.
